AJA’s adaptive reuse of an original warehouse at the rear of this Newtown block incorporates 6 two storey townhouses with north facing courtyards around a central parking area. The design retains all the existing exterior walls and steel trusses of the warehouse to ensure the warehouse aesthetic is maintained.

At the street frontage of the site a new two storey terrace infill is complementary to the streetscape.
